Quite simply: Since our Ropeace are all made of hand-woven nylon straps, it is advisable to set them up a bit and make them more supple. The best way to do this is to put your hand into the shoe and open the straps. Next, work your foot into the shoe bit by bit (just be patient!) Always pull the straps over the foot until you feel like you can pull the straps over the heel. Feel free to do this with strength, nothing can tear out and the nylon is very hard-wearing!
Absolutely, the soft nylon material of the straps becomes more supple with repeated on and off and adapts to the shape of your foot individually. This creates the feeling of having nothing on your foot.
We definitely say yes! Many of our customers are surprised when they try them on for the first time because Ropeace models with toe posts are also comfortable on the foot. This is because the toe post on our sandals is not exactly in the space between the toes. The big toe is only encircled and the toe ring offers you more support. So if you don't have extremely sensitive feet, give it a try!
Basically, our models with wide soles, Audrey and Lisette, are suitable for wider feet. But you can also try a model whith a wider lacing. For example, the lacing Easy, Lace me! or our S-Curve models. If you have a Hallux valgus, it always depends on how big it is and whether you want to hide it or let it breathe. Here, too, the lacing mentioned is recommended (Easy helps with concealing). Please contact us for an individual consultation.
In the case of very narrow feet, we have found that models with a toe ring are the most suitable, our designs with crossed toes are best suited.
Shipping and returns
We usually ship our sandals as quickly as possible, which means the delivery time is 2-4 working days. Since we are often at markets on the weekend, most orders are not shipped until the following Monday.
No problem, just send us a short email with your exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org or enclose your exchange request as a note in the package and send it back to us. This makes your exchange easier be assigned and you will get your new pair faster.
In the case of an exchange, you unfortunately still have to pay the shipping costs yourself. However, we will cover the shipping costs for your new pair!
Please note that the returned goods must be unworn and in perfect condition!
